DISCLAIMER
These Terms of Service can change at any time. Please make sure to read them before proceeding with the commission details. Any complaints about discrepancies between our agreement and these Terms that were caused by you not reading said document will not be accepted.If you decide to commission me as a company or brand representative, you will be required to fill out an application form regarding the details of the said commission; please read my Terms of Service beforehand.

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service;
As previously mentioned, these Terms could be changed at any time. However, In case the work on your commission is still in progress when the terms change, the previous terms of service will be applied.× My client is obligated to directly provide me with visual reference for the commission in question - specifications about the poses, colors, and attire included. I will work with the help of the reference provided, so make sure it is as accurate to what you want as possible. In case the reference doesn’t accurately depict the idea of what you want, dissatisfaction with the end results for this reason will not be answered.× I have the right to decline any commission and am not obligated to provide a reason for doing so× In case of larger commissions, the client will receive a WIP sketch ( if they wish to ) up to 3 times to see if any changes are necessary before I continue with the work. From that point on, I will not show any progress unless previously requested otherwise.× The client will be allowed three free changes while the commission is in progress. After that the changes are charged extra. You can change a few things at once. You cannot change things one by one after already saying what needs to be changed. Don’t wait for me to finish the commission before making the corrections you want.× Changes made after the commission has been completed will also be charged extra.× I will not disclose any sensitive personal information belonging to the client, and they are obligated to do the same - This includes but is not limited to: physical addresses, email addresses and/or payment information.× I will take a maximum of 2 commissions from the same person at a time

This part of the Terms explains some drawing requests that I am willing, and not willing to work on. If any of the themes and topics you want aren’t specifically listed, please contact me privately and we will discuss it.

DISCLAIMER: Even if your commission falls into a category of the things I am willing to draw, I can still decline it at any time for any reason. If this is the case, you will get a refund or get to keep your money, without me having to disclose the reason because of which I didn’t go through with the commission.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
× Payment should be sent to me in full after you’ve provided me with all of the information necessary to start the commission. I will not start working on the commission until I’ve received the full payment.× I only accept paypal payment - payment through any other means will not be accepted.× You are paying me for my “goods and services” on paypal, do not send payment to me as a gift.× My price sheet is final and not open for negotiations - the prices won’t be changed for you specifically unless the price sheet itself changes. Any negotiations started for this reason may result in me refusing the commission.× The commission price may become higher if the commission is more detailed, or is a bigger project that requires more of my time.Refunds will only be issued in these specific cases and under these specific terms:In case no work has been completed. In cases where the work has not been completed fully for any reason, I will only issue a partial refund. The amount of said refund depends on the amount of the work that has been completed.In case I cancel the commission - I will not be obligated to provide you with a reason as to why I decided to do so.Mistakes on my part will be corrected free of chargeMistakes on the clients end that result in dissatisfaction with the final product won’t be reciprocated as valid complaints and will not be refunded

My prices fluctuate and may change over time. These prices are not open to negotiation. However, these prices may vary depending on the following factors:The amount of detail in the commission ↑
The number of revisions made over the “free 3” limit ↑
If for any reason I am unable to finish said commission and cancel it ↓The client will be charged according to the main price sheet which can be viewed below;
Note: These prices may vary depending on the amount of details & complicated patterns, items, etc. that have previously been discussed with the client. The client will be informed of the possible extra charges in case there are any, and will be told the approximate amount before I start with the commission.DISCLAIMER: explicit NSFW artwork prices are determined separately on a case by case basis, depending on the contents of the pieceVISUAL EXAMPLES

USAGE
My works are not commercial works - In case you need a commission for personal uses read this section. If your commission is of any other type, please contact me directly and we will discuss it.I own the rights to all images I create.In the case of an adoptable, the rights to a character are transferred to the buyer, but not the rights to the art itself.I own the rights to preliminary works. Concepts and unfinished works I create may be reproduced for my own purposes.Client content [ pre-existing characters, trademarks etc. ] will remain the sole property of the client or its respective owner.Commissions I produce are for personal use only unless otherwise requested. The client cannot redistribute and sell my work without a previous agreement and proper contract with me.The commissions may and will be used as a part of my personal portfolio. If I decide to use your commission in any other way, shape, or form, I will discuss it with you to determine whether or not I am allowed to do so.In case the client wants to post my work to a social network or website, they are obligated to post credit along with the work. The credits must include my social media name ( @mlekonya ) and ( at least ) one of my social media links.The end result of the commission may be posted to my social media accounts, and in this case will be watermarked with my signature ( @mlekonya ). Sometimes, the commission may include the clients username along with my watermark/signature.The client may receive an unsigned copy of my work via e-mail upon request.
